I HAVE a problem on my penis head

i have white dots looking like pimples but dont seem to pop or anything on the bottom of my penis head also i have a couple of red dots in the head of my penis but they seem to go away but i can still kind of see them. what can this be?

i had sex like 3 days ago and that was when i notice them they were really red at that time and i always use a condom only had sex without a condom once but that was like 6 months ago never done it again.

This rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts, molluscum contagiosum (multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts (caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

well all the dots went away but the infamation presists more when the head goes outside while i am walkin or when i am with my girlfriend and shes too close to me and sometimes is impossible for me to put the head the skin and i have to walk with it like that rubbin on my underwear and after a while when i check it it gets all puffy
