I Have White Spots Above My Upper Lip.

I Have Multiple Small White Spots Above My Upper Lip, Or My Vermillion Border. To Me They Look Like Clogged Pores Of Some Sort But Nothing Seems to Help. They Are Very Unsightly And Have Persisted for Many Months. Please Help.

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be blocked hair follicles or Fordyce spots. They are small yellowish-white granules on the inner surface and border of the lips.
Treatment of Fordyce spots includes CO2 laser or electro desiccation, TCA chemical peels(temporary treatment),diathermy or laser vaporization.

I sincerely suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
