I am having psoraisis on the foreskin of my penis.

Hi,
I am having psoriasis on the foreskin of my penis, it is about 1 cm length and .5cm width ( white patch). It started at the age of 19 or 20 and currently i am 30 years now. As per my knowledge nobody in my family had this problem. Now my parents want me to get married. I am in a dilemma now because another problem i.e.  the skin between the shaft of the penis and foreskin got infected and it is having small crack which is paining when i masterbate and it is not curing at all ( it is there for nearly 3 months). is there any link between the crack and the white patch on the foreskin. I am having many other skin problems also ( like skin colored warts under the shoulder etc.. ) I am scared & depressed very much. Please help me ....

Hello,
This crack can be due to dryness of skin and psoriasis and the masturbation is causing friction rub which is delaying its healing. For mild-moderate symptoms a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone as dermacort), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide). But they are available under prescription and should be taken only after consulting a dermatologist. Symptoms  can be exacerbated by dryness of the skin. Use good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
