I don't know what is all over my stomach and back! Help!

Hello, Doctors! So i have been researching everwhere, and i cannot seem to find anything relatively similar to what i have random obtained, unfortunately. For over a week now i have had what i, as well as my mother and friend, believed to be a heat rash. I am hoping that is all that it is, but it does not seem to follow the exact description for a heat rash according to my research. When i saw the first "bump" it was alone on the front of my stomach and i thought that it was a bug bite, but then they started to appear even more. Frist a bunch appreared on the sides of my stomach (along the area where my arms would hang down at my sides). Then they started to appear even more on my lower half of my back and on my stomach and lower chest area. They appear to be red "bumps" or small patches of red skin. They appear alone and in clusters. They appear very dry and do not come to any kind of head like a pimple would. They almost appear eczema like but they tend to only stay primarily on my stomach and back aside from like 4 random ones i spotted the other day on the inside of one arm and one random one on the top of my thigh i spotted today! I am very confused and concerned as to what this may be! I love to hear some expert opinion! Thank you so much! :)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it can be due to pityriasis rosea. Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and itching. Topical and oral steroids are needed. Water, sweat, and soap may cause irritation and should be avoided in the disease. Topical zinc oxide and calamine lotion are useful for pruritus.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

My husband has the same thing at the moment. He was told its Pityriasis Rosea. Its harmless and they arent sure where it comes from, but it does go away eventually on its own. It starts with what they call a "Herald Patch" (the one on your stomach, my husbands was on his inner thigh) then clusters break out all over the torso and back. My husbands has gone down as far as his calfs.

Im not saying this is definately what you have, though it sounds extremely similar to my husbands case.

Good Luck and let me know how you go!
