I get sunburnt easily.

I love to be outside and feel the heat on my skin, unfortunently, if i go outside for more than five minutes withut sunscreen I get extremly red.  The longer I stay outside the more beet red I get.  Do I just have sensitive skin? Is it my celtic skintone? Or am I just unlucky?

The symptoms are suggestive of sunburns. It depends on the amount of UV radiation in your place and the sensitivity of your skin to the UV rays. Wear sunscreens with spf 30 atleast half an hour before going out in the sun and wear cotton clothes especially long sleeved. Also avoid going out in the sun at peak sun hours like 11-4 pm and if you have to go out then carry an umbrella with you after applying the sunscreen.
