This may have resulted from biting or trauma to the lip. This will usually resolve on its own. However, leave the blister alone. A cold pack may also help.If it persists, it would be best to have it evaluated by your doctor.
Applying protective paraffin-based ointment (such as Vaseline) or lip balms to the lips is normally very effective. Also take Vitamin B supplements.
