I have a friction looking burn spot on the head of my penis, is it herpes?
So I got a girlfriend a couple weeks back and we have been having g a lot of rough sex multiple times a day. I recently noticed a spot on the head of my penis that looks like a burn but has a creamy colored discharge when I pick the scab off. Could this be friction burn or an std? I have a picture but can't seem to upload it anywhere. Also the spot doesn't hurt except when it rubs my underwear
