I have lump on my Shaft under the skin of my penis. The lump is long it's almost from the base to the head of the penis. it doesn't hurt or itch at all. the color of the lump looks kind of white and it's hard. im 18 years old and i never had sex. I don't know what could of caused it, and i am really worried about it. I have noticed it in the passed couple of days.I don't know if it a tense muscle that i have?  I uploaded a pic of it so you might be able to see what i am talking about. http://img210.imageshack.us/my.php?image=photo0011m.jpg

Hello,

It was not very clear from the picture but from the symptoms ,it sounds like a sebaceous cyst. Sebaceous cyst is a closed sac or cyst below the surface of the skin and fills with a fatty white, semi-solid material called sebum produced by sebaceous glands of the epidermis. It is usually painless but can become painful if infected.

If painless apply warm compresses on the lump.Generally no treatment is required but if they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required. If it starts growing in size or becomes painful or itchy, then pls get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

Hope it helps .Take care and pls do keep us posted in case you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
