I have a rash and need advice!

So about two weeks ago my left armpit started itching a lot. I quickly noticed that there were like two red bumps which then grew because i itched it. Since then it has spread around my armpit, i have about 7 red bumps around my left armpit and some on the side of my abdomen and inbetween my leg. Now my whole body itches basically, my back especially, and i used cortizone and it slightly works, but i can't see a doctor quiet yet cause i don't have insurance, pshhh.
So I don't know what to do, and i itch everywhere, regardless if there's a red bump there.
