I have a rash on my feet

I have a rash on both of my feet that itches consitently.  I have been to several dermatologist and still no relief.  I have been prescribed nonsteroidal cream "Atopiclair" and a steroid cream.  The rash seems to be spreading.  Any thoughts?

This could be an irritation, eczema, dermatitis or infection. Diagnosis of fungal infection needs evaluation of the skin scrapings under the microscope. It is important to keep the area clean and dry. Avoid scratching to prevent spread or secondary infection. Fungal infection, treatment is with anti-fungal medications. If it persists, it would be best to have this evaluated further by your doctor.
