I have brown patches on cheek bones?

I have brown patches on cheek bones?
I am a 25 year old male and I have brown Patches on my cheekbones..........they started appearing about a year ago they started reddish color (sort of like when you blush) I didn't care much because I was gaining weight I thought it was it,then turning to brown color, they have distinct edges.......................also I had an acute form of seborrhoeic dermatitis on my scalp, I noticed that when I shaved my head I found all this red marks,I thought it was dandruff and it itched a lot...................................

My question how do I treat it and is there any connection between they two or are they different from each other?
