I have pimples in between my buttchecks?

I have pimples in between my buttchecks, about 6 little ones. They don't bother me but i find it weired. I have had them for about a year now, i started with 1 only.  Today I noticed that I developed another one, but it's big and it kind of hurts. I don't know what this can be? Anyone help???? I looked into it on google and nothing?

This painful bump can be a boil or an infected sebaceous cyst. Boil on buttocks is usually due to plugged sweat glands that become infected or by an ingrown hair.

Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.
