I have red spots and bruises all over my body

Hi I have tiny red spots in a lot of places of my body that appear each day and I think they appear after I scratch it Also I have a lot of bruises that I do not remember any injury

You need to have your platelets checked a simple cbc will show if you have low platelets normal range is (150-400) below 50 I think is critical and can cause problems, you will have red splotches and bruise easily. You need to have this checked but from my experience it is difficult to determine exactly what could cause this there are many things like bleeding ulcers, blood disorder, leukemia, liver issues but not to scare you just make sure you get checked as soon as possible take care and I hope all turns out well.
