I have then tiny bumps that come and go

I have these tiny little bumps usually on leg outside thigh and inside. the ones on the outside sometimes hurt if really tiny and rub against something. They dont pus or do anything, they will go away if left alone. The ones on inside of leg have redness to some hair follicle spots and dont itch hurt or enlarge. They stay red and if left a lone they leave. I have seen descriptions of folliculitis and yet it comes from the hair it doesn't pus or anything like pictures i have seen....Is this just irritation from pants and what not? sometimes the red hair follicle things i also get on lower calf or arms very sparingly.

Once in a great while i can pop one with a tiny head, just like you would a pimple, but that rarely happens.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it can be due to contact dermatitis, clogged pores or folliculitis skin. Folliculitis starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing or blockage of the follicle.
Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I may add that the bumps on the (outer) leg that you see hurt like tiny tiny pimples you would get anywhere that are to small to pop yet i can squeeze like crazy and nothing but oil secretions from the skin comes out nothing more,
