I have these bumps on my scrotum and the shaft of my penis? Please help

So basically while i was hitting puberty i had a sexual intercourse with a girl since then i had notice bumps on my penis and on my scrotum. As i can remember my partner had like a skin type disease, i think it was fungus or something. But my problem is that my scrotum is filled with tiny bumps and so its my shaft of my penis. It doesn't itch at all, well sometimes but it's not really common. also the bumps on the shaft of my penis started to spread more and more since before i only had it on my side of my penis and now is building up on the other side.

From the symptoms it looks like Fordyce spots. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.

They should be got removed only for cosmetic reasons as they are normally found on the penis. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
