I have this annoying RASH

Ok I have a rash on the side of my vagina near my thigh close to the crease. I don't shave because my skin is sensitive but this rash is discolored and it gives off a weird smell after a few hrs because I think it releases some type of fluid. I've tried coco butter, powder, lotions. I read somewhere it could be a yeast infection. It is similiar to a rash I had under my arms when I was about 13ish. Same symptoms and I used a cream with steroids. When I was younger they told me to be careful because I could also get it in my groin area which I think is what it now is. Help please, it's annoying and quite embarrassing. I need some over the counter medicines. Thanks in advance!!

The symptoms are suggestive of fungal infection of the skin. Treatment involves topical and oral antifungal medicines. Most cases of fungal infections respond to over-the-counter products, which contain any of several basic ingredients: miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine, ketaconazole and clotrimazole. You can consult a pharmacist and get any cream or lotion containing these ingredients. Some of them are Lamisil, Monistat derm, Mycelex, and Nizoral.
