I keep getting bumps under my bottom lip?

I have a bunch of acne on my chin, but about a week or two ago I got this small itchy bump under my bottom lip on my chin. This isn't normal because none of my acne really itches on my chin, at least not recently. The bump wasn't touching my lip, though. I popped it, and moist thick white stuff came out, but it wasn't a lot. It went away.

Now yesterday I got another bump, but it's about 1/4 of an inch away from where the previous bump was. I popped it, and white stuff came out. About an hour or less afterward, the bump resurfaced. I popped it again, and the same thing happened.

Could this be a cold sore?

Also, I keep noticing these bumps with small holes in the middle of the bump on my face. Are those cold sores?

The acne has been there for years, so that's nothing out of the normal. The recent bumps appearing are what I'm asking about.
