I need help. Bugs

I took a used mattress two years ago. At night I started feeling like hundreds of tiny things were crawling on me. Two years later I still have it. Sometimes they bite. There is on that I can actually see. It is a very small white flying insect. I think that it must be the queen. I see it in my car. I have seen it fly off of my head and on my glasses. After I spray my car interoir I see it outside the door if I left window open. Online information says that mites move very slowly. These do not. Sometimes they even jump. I can never see them either. Just the one that flies. The matrress was thrown away long ago. These do not affect everyone. My girlfried. In unaffected. My sister and my mom have felt them though. A guy a work was able to feel them coming off of me onto him. I cannot talk to my therapist about it because I am afraid they will not want to see me. I have had people not want to be around me because of it. They are not scabies. The dermatologist said so but treated me for scabies. I use dryer sheets to repel them. I shower with tea tree oil shampoo. I spray bed, car and furniture down with windex. I was bedding every day.
