I need help do i have a std?

I am worried if i have herpes or something. i just have this redness around the top of my penis it does not hurt or anything it just there. what is it?

That doesn't look like herpes. Herpes are blisters and they hurt. From what I can see in your photo, that looks like a yeast or fungus infection, and that is not considered an STD.Your doctor can prescribe you a cream like Nistatyn with clotrimazole acetonide. Do not overuse these cream, only use it for a maximun of 7 days.
