I need help for my sons skin

My 19 month old son developed a rash of red dots and blotches all over his body. to day is the second day of his rash and it is only getting worse. I took him to the "er" at the hospital and they checked his eyes ears and throat said every thing was fine and he had no fever. now like I said It is the second day of this rash and it is covering more of his body than it did before. I have 4 other children in the same home with this child and need some help the other kids keep asking if they are going to get the spots too. I have tried baking soda baths and wipe ing  him off periodically to make sure his skin is clean. this child has already had chicken pox and there has not been any changes in his diet or surroundings so please give what ever opinions you can on the subject.
