I need some help badly please.

about three month ago i started to get what looked like a mosquito bite on my left arm. It grew into red circle, i went to the doctor he said it's was a ring worm but the medicine did not work it got bigger it looks like a rash and i also got one on the side of my butt and i feel another one coming out between my legs. another doctor said that it was a fungus. it itch a lot i'm going crazy i have a one year old i'm so afraid that he would get it that i don't even want to touch him. i'm a clean freak so i don't know how i got this fungus. I need some help badly please. my body itch so much at night that i'm not even sleeping properly. I'm even changing my bed sheet every other day and my towels.
