I need you help

I am 24 years old and I am a petite girl.
These spots or patches have appeared on my stomach and I was wondering if any of you could help me. I don't have money to go see the doctor right now and I am worried. They don't itch or anything. It just looks like dry skin, but I am not too sure.
I will upload a picture so you can seee what I am talking about.

Are they a little scaling? I had this break out of oval, pink, scalie things that started on my shoulder & worked it's way down to my belly. They covered my tourso from tops of my shoulders to just above my thighs on the front & back. This lasted about 3 weeks until they finally went away. It was pityriasis rosea. Google it & see if that's what you may have. It will go away with no treatment. Hope that helps.

That could be it, but I just googled it to see what it looked like, and mine looks similar in ways, but also different. ;/ My spots are smooth and not so much red from what I saw on google. Also mine doesnt seem to be spreading. I just have them on my stomach. I am still not sure if pityriasis rosea is what I could have.

From the symptoms it looks like pityriasis rosea. Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and sometimes by itching.

No treatment is usually required. In most patients, the condition lasts only a matter of weeks or months(upto six months)

If the rash persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.Other possibilities have to be ruled out then.
