I really need some help/

I posted a question with photos in the Normal Dermatology forum becuase I cannot post photos here.

The red spots on question look liek ringowrm, but the biopsy of the area, the doctors says is Schamberg's Disease or the Degenerative Pigment Disease. Can you please look at regular for Labled "I need a second opnion"" and part 2 and look at the photos and tell me what you guys think. The biopsy slide is included.

Thanks in advance..

They do not look like Schamberg's Disease or "Degenerative Pigment Disease" (whatever that is--I never heard of it.)  They look like psoriasis, or perhaps a form of eczema.  They should respond to topical steroid treatment.  Please discuss this with the dermatologist who performed the biopsy, as further information will need to come in person.

Best.
