I think I have sorieses (sp?)

I have had dandruff since I was little, but over the last few years dandruff shampoo doesn't help.  I also have red flaky, itchy skin throughout my scalp, which spread down behind my ears, all over my forehead, near my temples, and even the sides of my nose.  What can I do?
