with every day and with my current boyfriend one time for sex absolutly puts his penis in agony. He does have a sever psoriasis condition, but not in his genital area, I was wondering if that makes his penis even more sensitive. I've tried treating the yeast and it is a constant problem, but hasn't increased over the years and has never presented to be a problem with other partners. So I just want to know if there is anything I can do for my boyfriend so we can have sex more often and he isn't in pain afterwards. Is it my yeast and will this always occur for my boyfriend if I can't find a way to control it or get rid of it? (We have also tried condoms, but he is not a big fan, and would rather not use them.) Lubrication isn't a problem either. Thanks for your advice!

Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).
Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
