I was told it was cellulitis...

Well I'm a 25 year old female and I started having on the side of my anus. I decided to go to the doctor and she said that I have cellulitis. Now Ive had an abscess there before and I'm worried I have one again. The area was soft yesterday when she was probing it but today it seems kind of harder. I don't know what to do! I'm probably just being paranoid but the lancing from the abscess I had before was pretty traumatic and I dont want to do it again! She gave me a huge shot of antibiotic at the office and Bactrum. Should I go back now that theres a hard spot?
