I would like to know if there is any cure or pain relief from skin lesions I have?

Few years ago I was diagnosed with HLRCC (Hereditary Leiomyomatosis and Renal Cell Cancer)
The key symptoms of which only some MAY occur are  Cutaneous Piloleiomyomas (Skin Lumps)  Uterine Leiomyomas (Fibroids) Papillary Type 2 or Collecting Duct Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC is Kidney Cancer).
Question I got is regarding skin lumps they are covering my chest and slowly spreading all over my body, they are extremely painful ( recently more - I was living with this condition for some time and just in last 4 years pain kept increasing) especially during cold days or when my skin gets dryer. I do know there is no treatment for this condition at the moment. But I need help, maybe you can help. Try something new for pain relief I am using emla ointment for pain relief but this lasts only up to an hour and then starts again, some of the lesions are on my breasts and they are extremely painful when wearing bra, without bra is even worst as the weight of my breast is an issue also with skin stretching causing more pain. Please advise I am open to any suggestions.

Has your doctor given you any direction on how to manage the pain?  It wouldn't hurt to see if they have some suggestions- I hope you are feeling better soon!
