INFLAMED SCALP

by ray244, Mar 26, 2008 08:27PM
My scalp has been inflamed for years. Pimples began to form and turn into sores, then i notice my hair thinning in the areas that the sores formed. I've tried capex shampoo, antibiotics, and topical oils. Is there any product that helps with this problem.

Hi,

When did you first notice this condition?

Do you have allergies to any substances?

Have you had any acne-like lesions anywhere else?

Do you have dandruff?

Has this condition occurred at any other places such as your eyebrows?

Your description indicates that you may have Seborrheic Dermatitis.

You may need to visit your doctor and discuss the diagnosis based on his evaluation of your condition.

This is important since this may lead to scarring on your scalp due to continued pustules and hair fall.

Keep us posted on your condition

Regards
