Id really appreciate some help.

Ok guys so about a week ago I began feeling some itching on the inside of my thigh, the itching would come and go.  It later spread to my genitals, it stopped there and it would start itching around my belly button area.  There were no visible rashes or bumps or anything.  I recently spotted a few maybe one or two small red dots around the areas. The itch isn't severe.  It's just annoying.  I haven't had sex for about a year,  and it was with a condom.  Not sure if it could be some kind of bugs, or allergy.  I live in a place with quite a few bugs.
