Ideal Skin Peel to use...

4624728?1246710337
Hi,

I have some residual slowly healing scars from some (likely though never proven, substantially reduced after starting valtrex) herpetic skin infections on my arm.  I was wondering what skin peel solutions would work best for my skin.

As far as I can tell from very limited research -- my options are: glycolic (35% or 50%), lactic (50% or 70%),
salicylic (20%), or TCA (various formulations, 20%+, etc.) (these are all available w/o a prescription)

I've attached some pictures.

Thank you

Hello,
Glycolic acid or alpha or beta hydroxyl acid should work for such spots. But use them only under the supervision of a dermatologist. If it still persists then you can go in for laser treatment, Chemical peeling or microdermabrasion.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or in case you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
