Identify this rash??

I've been trying to identify this rash so I can find out how to treat it.  See the picture.

Clotrimazole is not working on this rash at all.

Thanks!

My dermatologist identified this rash as Lichen Planus.  Oh, joy.  I was prescribed 0.25% Cortizone Cream and it is helping, but not very fast.

What does work fast, and I can't believe it works so good, is common, household bleach!  I swap a little bleach on the rash and the itching stops and the rash starts to disappear within a couple of days!  Amazing!

I think I contracted it from having my shoes on the bed.  I have a bad habit of setting my shoes on my bed before I put them on and it must have been on the bottom of my shoe, then transferred to the bed sheets, and then to my leg.

That's the only guess I have...

Well, since I myself am fighting ringworm I would say that it's ringworm...If it is a fungal infection then the anti fungals will work in time...a long time.  So don't get upset if you don't see anything right away....I did, and I got really depressed.  I had to get the pills and I'm still waiting for it to go away....  Good Luck....and please try not to scratch it, keep it clean and dry, change your socks daily if you have to wear them, wash clothing and sheets in hot hot water and bleach if needed....and don't touch it without washing your hands....I use a tea tree oil soap and it helps to dry the fungus and kill it.  Good Luck...

How did you get this?  Were you outside?  I think I got mine from the soil in our yard....
