I'm really crusty and bumpy!

My lips are super dry and I woke up this morning with little tiny bumps surrounding the outline of my mouth within (and) on the lower and upper lip! I usually use Vaseline but ran out yesterday so I used medicated neosporin. Is this a reaction? Please help, I'm really crusty and bump! Thanks BumpyLips

Hello,
It looks like contact dermatitis or an allergic reaction. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl and apply some mild steroid cream. if the symptoms persist then please get an evaluation done by a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
