Im sooo scared.!!!

Im sooo scared.!!!

I loss my virginity about 4 days ago and we did not use a condom. I was sore the next day because of the penetration but this morning i noticed two small bumps on the inside of my vagina. its nt like the inner walls its like the entrance of my vagina. the small bumps dont burn and they are not causing unbareable pain but they are sore to the touch. i have exzema (eczema) on my stomach n sumtimes vaginal area so i rubbed some tryamcinalome cream on the bumps and all over my vaginal lips nd i feel a lil better. since i am 15 i have not been to a ob/gyn and i dnt go to the doctor for my physical until my birthday in november and I DO NOT want my mother to kno any of this my question is could this be a sti/std.? do i have anything to worry about.? will the pimple looking bumps eventually go away on there own.??? I AM TERRIFIED AND DNT KNOW WHAT TO DO.!! PLEASE HELP  ME.!! IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.!

ps. i have been looking at lists of different sti's and std's and pictures and symptoms and none of them seem to match the condition that i am in.

Hello,

It looks like bacterial skin infection and irritated hair follicles causing folliculitis which are infected.

Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. Also please consult a dermatologist as you may need oral antibiotics.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing
