I'm very worried about this lasting rash

It started out by forming in my inner arms region, then today I noticed it spread from a few spots to various spots on my chest.  I have red circles between my breasts.  I'm not sure if it's work related or not, but I do alot of walking around all day inside a building and the air a/c seems very limited.  I have a picture link here for further examination.  But like I said, I am very concerned about this and it's been keeping me from falling asleep at night.  If it helps any, I am 22 years old going on 23 in less than a couple of weeks.  Thanks for reading, I appreciate your time.

To: Erin12110,
Hello,
It looks like pityriasis versiscolor. It is caused by a fungus that lives in the skin of almost all adults. Factors that can cause the fungus to become more visible include high humidity and immune or hormone abnormalities. Treatment involves topical and oral antifungal medicines. Most cases of fungal infections respond to over-the-counter products, which contain any of several basic ingredients: miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine, ketaconazole and clotrimazole. You can consult a pharmacist and get any cream or lotion containing these ingredients. Some of them are Lamisil, Monistat derm, Mycelex, and Nizoral.

If the rash persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist. Other possibilities have to be ruled out then.
I hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
