Improve morphea look ?

hello, i'm a french guy, i'm 17 and live in paris.
i've a morphea on the right cheek (5x5.5cm ~~) it seems "stabilized", the patch isn't hard but it's more red than the other skin of my face, we can see little vessels on it and the skin is atrophied.
I'd like to know if the laser could help me to "reduce" the pigmentation.
And, is the fat transplantation is helpful in my case ?
