Infected ingrown pubic hair
hey, I got some ingrown hairs on my pubic area, exactly on the labia, and I didn't notice so with the friction of clothes they popped and got infected. I am already applying clindamycin cream on each ingrown but I want to know if there's something else I can do to speed up the healing process.
