Infection / Pain in Penis

Infection / Pain in Penis

After a month or so of having unprotected sex with my girlfriend:

I have pain in the penis and bumps that resemble pimples on head of penis, I felt a strong burning and itching feeling and the urge to urinate.  A doctor diagnosed it as yeast infection.  prescribed Fucidin H for 7 days - the bumps did go away after 5 days but pain never did.
The tip around the opening still had a red irritation.  Was told it was still the yeast infection and to use Canesten. Might have been white discharge (hard to tell due to Canesten). After a few weeks Canesten didn’t work.

Was prescribed pms-metronidazole and 1% HC PWD in 2% Ketoderm cream, used for 2 weeks with no results, off and on cream for 2 months later and still no help.

Took doxycycline 4 weeks.  Discomfort went away (urithritis?), but infection still present.

Had rashes 3 weeks into taking doxycycline, so its not treating infection (few courses of sex probably irritated it). 1 week later took diflucan - No results with diflucan, rules out yeast infection?

Not sure if this ties, week or so prior to symptoms girlfriend did have a throat infection. Had unprotected sex and oral sex where she needed antibiotics to cure it – could this have passed anything on to the penis? Or could I have had a bacteria infection due to the severe irritation probably from all the creams I have used Are their bacteria specific tests I should be doing? If so what?

Symptoms:
- Stinging when urinating,
- head of penis looks red and swells after sex, the head is wrinkly after erection
- tip of penis and opening hurts

Not circumcised, Both been STD tested and negative, have been swabbed in urethra for bacteria and negative.  Note: no symptoms of balinitis when swabs or tests were done. What further tests recommended to diagnose this problem? Also can this effect my fertility?

Going to Urologist and Dermatologist in few days and would like to know your professional opinions so that I can discuss and find a solution to this problem.
