Ingrown Hair/Pimple Looking thing on chest

I've had this for a while and i thought it would just go away after a bit, but it never. I'm not to sure what it is, I've tried to look up online but have no idea what to even search. I've taken a few pics to help out but if anyone knows what it could be and/or how to get it to go away.

It may not be possible to detect the exact cause merely on the basis of a picture. A detailed history about the onset duration and progression of the bump, clinical examination are important for confirming the cause. The few possible causes are ingrown hair, or a sweat cyst .The size, appearance and consistency of this bump can help in narrowing down to probable cause.
