Ingrown hair into skin of my face

Hi,
First , special thanks for people who have mede this community ,
I'm 29 and I have a big problem that no one could solve it yet.this problem is really annoying me .the problem is ingrown hairs into my face.when I get shaved after two days most of curved hairs do grow back into my skin and causing inflammation.I decided to let them free for 2 weeks and then shave my face but this work also didn't answer.I keep my face moisture but I can not get rid of this nasty problem .when my beard starts to grow my face gets itchy.I don't know what should I do .Please help me
