Ingrown pubic hair s

I have been shaving and/or trimming my pubic hair for quite some time now, however, it wasn't until recently that I realized that as the hair grew back, it would kind of pierce through a few different pieces of bunched up skin on my penis, and in a sense, sort of sew up or stich up some of my skin in the area to the extent that I lost a few inches (length and girth) due to this trapped skin.

This could be due to ingrown hairs or infection f the hair follicles called folliculitis. This does not effect the lenght and girth though.

It would be best to consult your doctor for a proper clinical evaluation , so that if antibiotics are needed they can be prescribed.

You should avoid shaving and trimming for some time now.
