Ingrown pubic hair

Hello i am 18 years old and have been having a small red bump reoccurring on my pubic area above my penis. A couple of days ago it became larger but isn't discolored, doesn't hurt ich or bleed.it is filled with blood and pus. Can you please help me find out what it is thanks.....

The symptoms are suggestive of ingrown hair or a cyst. Apply warm compresses on the lump and keep the area clean. Topical antiseptic treatment and topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment is very useful. If the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics and incision and drainage may be needed.
