Inquinal lymph note discharge

Please look at the picture. It started as swelling on the right site Inquinal lymph note and then ruptured with discharge (about 300 ml per day now). Doctor first said that it was caused by three small holes on the vein (might be caused by injury previously). Slow bleeding induce inflammation leading to enlarged inquinal lymph note. Doctor prescribed antibiotic trying to control the infection for two weeks (I don't understand why) and failed to heal the open wound. High white blood cells with mild fever (37-37.8oC).

Any comments and suggestion from knowledgeable person will be deeply appreciated as what cause this wound and how to deal with it.

From the symptoms it looks like swollen inguinal lymph node which has ruptured due to infection. First of all culture sensitivity of the discharge needs to be done. Then depending on the severity of symptoms we can have regular dressing along with an oral or injectible antibiotic course or incision or drainage of the area. I suggest you to consult a surgeon immediately and get it examined from him.
