Irritation on penis head?

I must say I am trying to keep as calm as possible with the current situation at hand. I really don't think it's anything to worry about, but it's still confusing and embarassing. I have anxiety towards worrying about STD's specifically, but have done a good job so far in keeping calm.

A little background before explaining the situation:
No sexual intercourse for 6 plus months with the exception of one instance of oral sex and quick penetration of the vagina. Washed right afterwords. wasn't a long episode at all. just seconds with the penetration i didn't want to engage in unprotected sex (i'm done with doing that due to over worry about consequences)

nonetheless, about a month (3-5 weeks give or take days) ago i noticed a lil pinkish area on my penis head. It is closer to the rim on the top-right side. it was noticeable enough for me to notice it, i guess I can leave it at that. It's not red, but it is pinkish. noticeable under normal lighting. sometimes it's more pinkish other days.

the size of this area is about the size of a half of dime, in an oval shape. the skin is not raised. the skin is not blistering or sore. no notable itching, or tingling. again though, it is a defined area and is getting a little bit more defined as time goes on.

I don't know what to make of this. I've been using hydrocordosine cream for a few days now, no change. If anything it is getting worse. What should I use? Neosporin? Pandel? (I used that before to heal an abrasion on the penis, but i know its strong so i'm not using it) Baby powder? Will I need something prescription? I don't think this is irritation from masturbation, this specific area isn't affected much from masturbation. I don't know if this even is irritation, because I don't see from what it could be.

Thanks, i hope this isn't something permanment and can go away with proper treatment. It's definitely embarssing, and it definitely wasn't there before. Eczema perhaps? But it doesn't itch....

Im a 21 year old sexual active male but I havent had unprotected sex with alot of female. Last year around thanksgiving I had unprotected sex with a female that claimed she had regular check ups. A week after that I had unprotected oral sex with another female. Shortly after that I started realizing that I had a burning sensation when I urinated, I ignored it because I dont drink water and I drink alot of sodas so I figured my urine was acidic, but gradually the more I urinated the more painful they became. Then at the top of my shaft I recognized a scar like I cut my Penis with my zipper so I just washed it and left it alone. Shortly after that It began to raise as if it was an ulcer.
I didnt heal for a while and I finally went to the hospital and they told me it might be herpes. I got a blood test and then a culture and the tests came back negative for herpes but I had clymidia, so I got treated for that but ever so often I would get 1 or 2 little red painless bumps underneath my penis. I got tested again to make sure I was ok and the doctor gave me a herpes swab and a urine test and they came back negative for both this time.  Just recently I almost had unprotected sex with a female but no fluids were exchange, I attempted to then I stopped myself, so I masterbated with soap. But now I see little rings around the top of my penis like rashes but no blisters, I have never had blisters but this time I just see the raised rash like rings with tiny scabs on them like they are irritations that disappeared after I put cocoa butter and neosporin on them and not its just the raised rings and skin.
These things only occur when I masterbate alot more than usual but you can never be to sure, what do you think?

I have been married for 8 years. No outside relationships until about four weeks ago. A night of heavy drinking, lack of self control and unprotected sexual contact with a woman. About a week after my trip to Las Vegas, my buddy called to let me know that the woman I was involved with contacted him to "state she has a herpes outbreak." Ever since then I have been freaking out! I've been to two MD's, blood work, a visit to a urologist and all indicators are that I'm negative for the HIV virus. Still I notice around the head of my penis on the right side, its sensative. I'm 51 years old and know my body very well. Still with all the information and test being negative, I feel something is just not right. Up until that one night stand, I never experienced the feelings and sensations I'm going through now (the sensative area on my penis.) My personal physican tells me its all in my head (no pun intended). It's been as I stated nearly 4 weeks since I've been intimate with anyone, my wife included! Is it a rash or is there more too it? The urologist has put me on ciproflox.acin (500 mg).

That kind of red mark is almost always just from irritation.  It is best to just leave it alone and apply no medications at all.  Redness of this kind can last for months, but ti does go away and means nothing.  Check with a doctor if it's still there in a month, just for peace of mind.  Meantime, I suggest you do nothing.

Best.
