Irritted Penis Skin

I was treated for a fungus on the top of my penis which was caused by using a lady friends under garments from the day before to masterbate. I got a fungus from it. Which affected the whole top part with a raw burning type feeing. The dermotaligist treated it with  a mixture of hydrocortisone 1% and oxistate 1% twice daily.
The raw burning feeling is gone but, i have a irritated section from the up and dowm friction from the garment and secretion produced on top of the penis during the act.I am out of town and I called the dermotaligist who treated me and he reccommended to continue to use the oxistat cream twice a day until he can re-evaluate it. I have used it for 10 days and its not helping.It burns when urin comes in contact wiith it and when my under garment touches it. It looks little red and wrinkled from the medication. There is no open area or puss. I have no dripping. or problems urinating.

I don't know why you would need Oxistat, an antifungal cream, to treat an irritation.  In any case, the fact that Oxistat isn't working just underscores the likelihood of this being irritation and not fungus.  For now I would use over-the-counter 1% hydrocortisone until you can back to your hometown, or perhaps your dermatologist can call in a somewhat stronger preparation to a pharmacy hear you.
