Is It A Disease, Ingrown Hair, Pimple, Or Cyst?

Ok, so.
i have this weird looking thing on my scrodum. its like a little red bubble with a white top. its not really that big but knoticeable. it doesnt hurt or itch, the only time i feel pain from it is if i squeeze it. its on the top part of my left scrodum (or testicle...) and is very close to the bottom of the penis. when i get a hard on it is at the base of the penis. i have no idea what it is... so plz help me! Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub,folliculitis,cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
