Is Morphea with Positive ANA really generalized Scleroderma?
My 14 year old daughter has been diagnosed with Morphea. She has it on her left leg and her stomach. She is receiving PUVA therapy. Prior to starting the treatment, they required blood tests and her ANA test is positive. Is that normal? Is there any chance of getting these hypepigmentation areas to go away? Thanks for any information/advice you can offer.
