Is it fungus, ringworm or???

I seea posting that is similar to my question.  Groin area problem.  One. my groin area has been bothering me because it's been generating an odor.  just the other day It smelled like a pissed up diaper.  and the embarresing thing is that these occurances happen when I am at work. for one year now I have suffered an odor problem generating from this.  Then I wind up with a spot on my penis, which i thought was a lesion so I went to a dermatologist and he gave me ciclopirox cream .77%.  the spot looks better now but the stain of the spot hasnt gone away and i mentioned it and he said that it happens sometimes. it will take time. but my main issue is the odor. Im not a dirty person, I bath once a day, morning to go to work. ok. Im getting lost in my typing. my questions are: could i have ring worm in the grion area? i now it can happen. 2. can fungus generation an odor?  3. if it's yes to both How do I get rid of it. it's driving me crazy that the doctors think its in my mind yet my coworkers make it obviously clear that it's not. What can I do?
