These white discolorations may be due to a fungal infection ,a skin condition termed pityriasis alba, and vitiligo. Vitiligo is a condition of true pigmentation loss. Fungal infections such as tinea versicolor may present with white patches with a fine scaling at the center. Is this true in your case?
Just continue to observe your symptoms. Observe good hygiene and maintain a healthy lifestyle to avoid any infections.
