Is the bump dangerous?

So for quite some time I have a red bump on my right side of the body, but it's like right below the rib cage and above the belly. It's not really painful on touch or anything, its shape is oval and looks like some kind of mole. But not a long time ago I have noticed that a little bit of blood was around that bump. After I cleaned it,it got back to normal. But I did notice it has changed its color from dark brown to lighter brown. Is this maybe some kind of skin cancer or something? I would really appreciate any help cause I'm quite freaking out about this for the last couple of weeks and I really don't want to go to dermatologist
