Is this Jock Itch?

I don't know if this is jock itch but it looks like it when i compared it to pics I've researched from the net. I've been having this red rash on my groin and scrotum for about a month ago, I used fusicort cream 3 weeks ago but i've switched to Tinactin cream about a week ago. please help me, the itchiness seems to get worse.
